This document sets out the rules for processing and protecting personal data in connection with the use of balkonsetup.pl, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Performance of the balcony floor installation service contract - Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Data retained for the duration of the contract and the claims limitation period.
Compliance with legal obligations (accounting, invoices) - Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR. Data retained for 5 years from the end of the calendar year, as required by accounting regulations.
Legitimate interest of the Controller (handling enquiries, pursuing claims, website analytics) - Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Data retained for no longer than 6 years.
User consent (marketing) - Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Data retained until consent is withdrawn.
Online payment processing - Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest - fraud prevention). Payment data is processed by the payment operator PayPro SA as a separate data controller. The scope of data transferred includes: name, email address, IP address, and transaction details (amount, currency, description).
Depending on the purpose, we process the following data: name, email address, phone number, service address, invoicing data (including Tax ID for businesses), payment transaction data (amount, date, payment status), and website usage data (cookies - see Cookie Policy for details).
Personal data may be shared with the following categories of recipients: (1) PayPro SA, based in Poznań (60-198), ul. Pastelowa 8, KRS: 0000347935, NIP: 7792369887 - the Przelewy24 online payment operator, acting as a separate data controller for the purposes of payment processing. PayPro SA's data processing rules are described at: https://www.przelewy24.pl/obowiazek-informacyjny-rodo-platnicy; (2) IT system and hosting providers; (3) accounting firms; (4) where justified - legal and advisory firms. Data is shared only to the extent necessary to fulfil the processing purposes.
Under GDPR, you have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing). You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) if you believe your data is being processed in violation of the GDPR.
