Balcony flooring — frequently asked questions

The cost depends on the balcony area, chosen panel pattern and balcony shape. You receive an exact quote by email right after the free measurement — you can also use our quick quote calculator. We do not add any mark-up to the panel price - you buy them at the same price as if you ordered them yourself. You only pay for the installation service.

A minimum of 10 business days. After the measurement and deposit payment, we order the panels in your chosen pattern and process them digitally on CNC machines. You choose the installation date yourself in our online calendar - you get access right after paying the deposit.

We install on rectangular and L-shaped corner balconies - regardless of dimensions. Each balcony is individually measured with a LiDAR scanner and panels are precision-cut on CNC machines.

Yes. Our mounting system allows installation all year round, regardless of temperature. Composite panels are resistant to frost, moisture and UV radiation.

We currently operate in Kraków and the surrounding area — including Wieliczka, Skawina, Niepołomice and Myślenice. We are steadily expanding our range - if you are from another city, get in touch and we will be happy to discuss options.

The measurement is free and takes just a few minutes. Our specialist scans the balcony with a LiDAR scanner, then you configure your balcony together in our app - choosing the panel pattern, layout and visualising the end result. Just clear the balcony of furniture and pots. The surface does not need to be perfect - our mounting system compensates for unevenness. No screed or other preparatory work is required.

Yes. After booking a visit you receive an email with links to reschedule or cancel. Rescheduling is free and you can do it yourself online.

The panels are made from wood-plastic composite (WPC) - a blend of wood fibres and polymer. They combine the natural look of wood with resistance to moisture, frost, UV and fungi. No painting or impregnation required. See our available floor patterns.

Composite panels require virtually no maintenance. Simply wash with water and a mild detergent. No oiling, varnishing or impregnating needed. They are resistant to discolouration and will not peel.

We provide a 2-year warranty on the installation service. It covers workmanship and structural integrity. The composite panels also carry the manufacturer's warranty.
