Balcony on Ciesielskiego St. (v3)

A 5.87 m² balcony at the Centralna Park estate. The client chose Pure Teak composite boards, laid across the shorter side.

We built the floor on a raised joist structure that covers the balcony threshold and levels it with the interior. At the client's request, we laid the boards around the air-conditioning unit without removing or lifting it — the unit will be boxed in later. The installation took about 2.5h — no drilling into the slab, no mess, no cleanup needed.
