Balcony on a raised substructure

One of the larger balconies at the Centralna Park estate — 6.37 m². At the client's request, the substructure was raised by 10 cm to conceal the door threshold.

The client chose Skandynawia Ek boards laid along the shorter side. Despite the larger area and the raised structure, the installation took about 2 hours — the balcony was handed over ready to use, with no cleanup needed.

Note: the panels were installed in the rain, so in places they show darker water stains.
