Balcony on Prandoty St. (v1)

The first of two balconies in the same apartment at the 29. Aleja estate in Kraków's Old Town — a compact 3.15 m², accessed from one part of the apartment. The client chose Pure Teak composite boards, laid across the shorter side.

Installed on our non-invasive joist system, the job took about 1h. We fitted the boards precisely around the balustrade posts, cutting them with a digital router. We handed the balcony over ready to use, with a fitted threshold and a neat finish along the wall — no drilling into the slab, no mess, no cleanup needed.
