Balcony on Prandoty St. (v2)

The second balcony of the same apartment at the 29. Aleja estate (Old Town), larger — 7.11 m², accessed from a different part of the apartment. The same Pure Teak boards and the same layout across the shorter side, so both balconies form a consistent whole.

The installation took about 2h. We fitted the boards precisely around the balustrade posts, cutting them with a digital router. We handed the balcony over ready to use, with a fitted threshold and a neat finish along the wall — no drilling into the slab, no mess, no need to clean up.
