Tapered balcony on Sołtysowska St.

A large, tapering 12.42 m² balcony at the Sołtysowska Park estate. The balcony is trapezoidal — narrowing from about 180 to 120 cm. The client chose Safari Marula composite boards, laid across the shorter side.

The railing is mixed — part solid panel, part glass. We closed the roughly 12 cm gaps between the screed and the railing, making the balcony safer for children and pets — the gap that something could fall through is now gone. Installed on our non-invasive joist system, the job took about 4h — no drilling into the slab, no mess, no cleanup needed.
